This policy explains how the FasTune app for iPhone and Apple Watch (“FasTune”), made by RJP Solutions, Inc. (“we”), handles your information.
Microphone
FasTune asks for microphone access so it can hear your instrument and show which note you're playing. While the app is open, it analyzes short slices of sound on your device to detect pitch. That audio is:
- processed only on your iPhone or Apple Watch,
- never recorded or saved, and
- never sent to us or anyone else.
FasTune stops listening when you leave the app. You can turn off microphone access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Settings and custom tunings
Your preferences and custom tunings are stored on your devices. To keep your iPhone and Apple Watch in sync, FasTune sends them directly between your paired devices using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. We never receive them.
What we don't do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising identifiers.
- No selling or sharing of data, because we don't collect any.
Feedback you send us
If you contact us through the feedback form or by email, we receive what you choose to send, such as your email address, device details and message. We use it only to respond, fix problems and improve FasTune. If you ask to be notified at launch, we'll use your email for that and nothing else. Email rj@rjpsolutions.com at any time to have your messages deleted.
Children
FasTune doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If a future version of FasTune changes how data is handled, we'll update this policy and its effective date before that version is released.
